You have training in butchery or food technology and feel confident working on production equipment. Your experience in food production, your technical understanding and your eye for hygiene and quality make you valuable for this role. In raw ham production, you control machines precisely, prepare the raw material and keep the process stable in a shift system. - Operation and monitoring of production facilities for the Manufacture of raw ham
- Preparation and processing of raw materials (ham) according to recipe and quality specifications
- Carrying out product changes and set-up processes
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards (IFS, HACCP)
- Recording production data in the SAP system
- Support with maintenance and cleaning work
- Completed training as a butcher, food technology specialist or comparable qualification
- Technical understanding and experience in working with machines
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office an advantage
- Reliability, ability to work in a team and willingness to work in shifts
