The Night Shift Operations Supervisor is responsible for all areas of operations and requires involvement in the oversight, approval and planning processes in the areas of Receiving, Pick and Pack, Orders Verification, Shipping, Returns and Staffing. The position’s shift is from 5:00pm to 3:30am, Sunday through Wednesday.

• Salary Range: $19.00 - $26.00 hourly
• Job Shift: 5:00pm–3:30am Sunday–Wednesday

• Create and maintain an environment that brings out employees’ best efforts
• Accountable for warehouse operations; introduce and expand operation practices across the business to significantly improve productivity, quality, and profitability
• Participate in the strategic planning process of operations
• Identify, analyze, and correct problems
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate warehouse schedules and operations with the Operations Manager
• Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs)
• Evaluate employee performance, make recommendations for promotions or merit increases
• Develop and maintain client‑specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervision experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills at all levels of the organization
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with proven ability to develop effective processes
• Must be a team player, teacher, coach & motivator
• High school diploma or equivalent

The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong mental acuity and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.

The position is primarily based in a warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. Adherence to safety protocols is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
