As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team.
You will be responsible for leading the employee relations and engagement strategy at all manufacturing sites in the US. This position will lead a team of Site HR Business Partners to drive a culture of engagement and focus on team development, learning and growth. The Regional HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with key Operations Leadership team members to support operational excellence, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

- Lead a team of HR Business Partners and generalists across 5 sites to drive a consistent, transparent and compliant best in class culture.
- Lead the labor relations strategy for 2 union sites, including managing escalated grievances, ongoing relationship building and ensuring compliance of appropriate policies, procedures, laws, regulations and labor contracts at both manufacturing sites.
- Lead the employee relations strategy for 3 non-union sites.
- Support site based global teams including Research and Development, PSRA, Quality, partnering with Global HR and Functional leadership on an ongoing basis.
- Design and deliver positive employee relations training to all site leadership teams, HR teams, and other stakeholders to support a culture of development, transparency and fairness with a strong focus on leadership behavior and expectations.
- Drive engagement strategy at all sites, using multiple data sources, and establishes critical KPI targets to drive accountability and success. Regularly conducts round tables at multiple levels, follows up on team inputs to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide oversight of and/or conducts formal investigations as required.
- Provide recommendations to managers for employee discipline, performance management and people development.
- Develop and delivers site specific programs.
- Identify opportunities for simplification on HR related processes, programs and policies.
- Apply Organizational Design and Development thinking to recommend, support and/or implement key organizational initiatives in partnership with regional and/or global leaders.
- Support the overall regional and/or global talent strategy including recruitment of key roles, succession planning and identifying capability gaps.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience directly in Human Resources, including a minimum of 3 years in labor/union relations, and 3 years leading HR Business Partners. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, with additional education and or training preferred.
- Proven breadth of knowledge across HR functional areas. Particularly in employee engagement strategies, leadership coaching and development. Generalist mindset.
- Aware of and able to adapt current HR trends across the employee life cycle.
- Strong data skills and mindset. Experienced in building and using HR data and applications for effective business case and performance measurement.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain/Operational KPI’s.
- Experience coaching, assessing and developing site and regional leadership and operations teams.
- Experience in leading through periods of significant change at a manufacturing site.
- Experience with a Labor Union required.
- Experience using MS Office required.
