Job Title: Certified Peer Supervisor Exp with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder
Location: New Castle, DE 19720
Job Type: Contract 12 Months
Job Mode: On-Site
Pay rate: $30.00/hour on w2 without benefits
Shift hours: Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Description- Peer Supervisors are a key link between the peer staff and the organizations leadership.
- They provide supervision to ensure the efficient services to the community.
- Candidate will oversee the peers in all three counties via weekly telephone reviews and bi-weekly visits to perspective sites, which will include documentation of all such contacts.
- Candidate will coordinate and review transportation needs and communicate with peers via emails.
- The Peer Supervisor is not responsible for any disciplinary actions; they should always bring concerns to the site manager.
- Must be a Certified Peer.
- 5 years' experience in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder.
- Valid Driver's license.
