Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement ABA therapy to support children with autism
Collaborate with families, other professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Provide training and consultation to staff, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of ABA strategies
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress, assessments, and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and research in ABA
Work closely with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and family support
Requirements:
Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or pursuit of certification
At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with children with autism
Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to ABA therapy
