The Patient Access Representative is responsible for scheduling all new patient appointments, established patient appointments, routing and receipt of outside doctor offices, other clinical patient needs, and BUC incoming physician calls. The call center representative is a proactive, high-functioning communicator and problem solver who identifies, addresses, and triages incoming calls. This role focuses on a culture of service commitment to BUC's patients.
Salary: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
