Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a licensed School Psychologist specializing in middle school grades (6-12) within an on-site school setting located in Wilmington, DE. The assignment spans a contract period from ASAP through June 12, 2026, offering an opportunity to contribute to the developmental and academic success of students in a middle school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for middle school students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling support and interventions tailored to student needs.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary to support academic and emotional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensure requirements and school policies.

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

  • Active Delaware school psychologist licensure required.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, especially in a middle school setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work full-time hours on-site with a commitment to supporting the school community.

Location:

This position is based at an on-site middle school in Wilmington, DE, providing direct services to students and staff.
