Carman Ford Lincoln of New Castle, DE is looking to add a FULL TIME Service Receptionist/Appointment Coordinator to our team. This position is essential for all Service Department functions and daily work-flow.

RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Service Receptionist/Appointment Coordinator, you will be expected to answer all inbound calls to the dealership, determine the nature of their business, schedule appointments, take cash/credit card/check payments at time of vehicle pick-up, and direct callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.
