Customer Service Specialist – EN​/DE; Daily Shifts

Our partner – a modern, high-tech dental clinic – is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced, patient-oriented:

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a professional and friendly experience;
• Communicate actively with patients in German and English – in person and by phone;
• Oversee financial transactions;
• Prepare and manage patient documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service;
• Excellent of German and English, both written and spoken;
• Very good communication skills, empathy, and strong customer orientation;
• Experience handling payments and financial transactions is a strong advantage;
• Previous experience as a Receptionist will be considered an advantage.
