We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to become an integral part of our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with numbers, and take pride in accuracy and organization, we would love to hear from you.
This position plays a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and supporting the overall financial health of the company. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
- Process credit card payments and apply payments to accounts
- Post transactions into Quick Books
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Manage collections in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Generate aging reports and accounts receivable summaries
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
- Strong Quick Books experience (required)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly
