This position plays a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and supporting the overall financial health of the company. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
• Process credit card payments and apply payments to accounts
• Post transactions into Quick Books
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Manage collections in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Generate aging reports and accounts receivable summaries
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
• Strong Quick Books experience (required)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly
