Community Specialist | Champlain Place

Job Summary

The Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events and other activities. The role supports lululemon product seeding, attends local studios, and delivers a world‑class guest experience on the floor, integrating community perspective into guest connections.

Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy to life.
  • Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partner studios).
  • Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store’s standing as a community hub.
  • Connect with guests to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end‑to‑end guest experience.
  • Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events.
  • Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
  • Review community‑relevant business data and metrics to identify insights and recommendations for Community events, projects or initiatives.
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
Job Requirements

Eligibility

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

Schedule / Availability

  • Work schedule varies based on store needs.
  • Shifts:

    mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays.
  • Peak time frames, special events or other circumstances may include early mornings or late nights/overnights.

Experience

  • 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
Job Assets (Nice to have)
  • Education:

    high school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher.
  • Experience building/managing relationships with clients, groups or partners and motivating teams.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range
: $18.25 – $20.99/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.

Target Bonus
: $3.00/hour.

Total Target Base Pay Range
: $21.25 – $23.99/hour.
