Pay Rate: $100,000 - $110,000
Location: New Jersey
The Senior Property Manager will oversee daily operations of a real estate portfolio, ensuring efficient property management, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on system experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of a real estate portfolio, ensuring efficient property management, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on system experience.
- 8+ years of property management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Yardi
- Experience managing multiple properties and teams
- Solid understanding of budgets, reporting, and tenant relations
- Ability to handle operations, vendors, and compliance independently
