Responsibilities- Act on behalf of administration in accordance with delegate authority. Apprise Administrator On-Call of unusual happenings.
- Plan goals and objectives in conjunction with nursing administration.
- Submit Off-Shift KRO's on an annual basis.
- Give input into capital budget.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of Nursing Service Policies.
- Confer with evening, night, and weekend nursing supervisors; apprise same of administrative decisions/policy changes.
- Evaluate the performance of evening, night, and weekend nursing supervisors and counsels as to the development of skills needed for improved performance and personal development.
- National certification or nursing administrative certification within one year in specialty specific to care provided, administered by a nationally recognized certification organization.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- RN licensed in the State of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Must possess good verbal, analytical and interpersonal skill in order to deal with management problems and interact with staff, patient and families.
- BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification required or obtained during clinical orientation

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
