Responsibilities- Plan and design educational programs in accordance with the requirements of the N.J. Board of Nursing, current regulatory guidelines, the Code of Ethics and institutional guidelines
- Implement educational activities/programs
- Evaluate educational activities/programs
- Maintain skill and knowledge of current health practices
- Be a team player and taking on other responsibilities as needed
- Must hold National Certification in Oncology- OCN
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
- BSN Required, MSN strongly preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in specialty preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience in Educator role preferred
- BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
- ACLS/PALS/NRP at specialty level
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
