RN, Surgical Assistant, Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Surgical Manager with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience to oversee surgical operations during night shifts. The manager will be responsible for both scrubbing and circulating across various types of surgical cases, including general surgery, urology, orthopedic, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, advanced ENT, and spine surgeries.

• Manage and coordinate surgical services and personnel during night shifts
• Scrub and circulate in surgical procedures as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient care

• Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience
• BLS certification required; PALS and CNOR preferred
• Active NJ or Compact nursing license required at the time of submission
