They collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure patient safety and critical care support during emergencies. This role requires current CRNA certification, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team in a hospital setting.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) 3 4 Shifts/Week

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join our hospital anesthesia team. This part-time to full-time role offers 3 4 shifts per week in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients.

  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.

  • Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery.

  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

  • Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current CRNA certification and licensure in NJ.

  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and monitoring.

  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hospital or surgical experience preferred.
