Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) 3 4 Shifts/Week
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join our hospital anesthesia team. This part-time to full-time role offers 3 4 shifts per week in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients.
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Current CRNA certification and licensure in NJ.
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and monitoring.
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hospital or surgical experience preferred.
