TEACH Advisory Board Member – NJ Slot
TEACH (Together Educating All Children in Hospitals) is an international not-for-profit organization that brings exciting, hands‑on, STEM educational programming to children in hospitals. Our mission is to create an outlet for children of all ages to passionately engage with the sciences through the medium of fun, interactive experiments.
We have served over 3,000 children across 30 hospitals internationally and rely on the support and guidance of our Advisory Board to grow and sustain our programs.
What TEACH NeedsTEACH is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of medically ill children. The ideal member is committed to the organization, available to attend meetings, and able to contribute financially to support our mission.
Advisory Board Member Responsibilities- Attend board meetings periodically and communicate with the organization via email and phone throughout the year.
- Assist with fundraising efforts and participate in at least one committee.
- Promote events, participate in peer-to-peer campaigns, and help build corporate partnerships and networking opportunities.
- Act as an advocate for TEACH and consistently represent the organization in all interactions.
- Maintain active involvement within TEACH and play a significant role in the growth and strategic direction of the organization.
