Job Summary
Principal Technical Recruiter and Executive Search Consultant at a fourth‑generation, family‑owned medical linen and uniform rental company. The role is a highly visible maintenance supervisor in a large, state‑of‑the‑art industrial plant in New Brunswick, NJ.

Hours & Shifts- 1st Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM ($85‑90k + 5% target bonus)
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:30 AM ($90‑100k + 5% target bonus)
- Able to work 1st or 3rd shift.
- Strong experience maintaining and repairing industrial processing equipment.
- Supervisory experience with a team of mechanics and porters.
- Knowledge of industrial systems (electrical wiring, pneumatic, steam, water, hydraulics, building maintenance).
- Experience with 480V/high‑voltage systems.
- Proficient use of basic hand tools safely.
- Ability to respond urgently in a time‑sensitive environment.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain necessary licensing (e.g., boiler license).
- Comfortable with background check.
- Sees long‑term advancement potential; new plants opening every 3 years.

This highly visible position requires supervising all maintenance department functions, including personnel, machinery repair, preventive maintenance, and building upkeep. The role is hands‑on and demands readiness to take full responsibility in the manager’s absence.
- Reports to the Maintenance Manager.
- Oversees 11 mechanics and 6 porters.
- Maintains preventive maintenance programs.
- Guides the maintenance team in diagnostic troubleshooting.
- Monitors quality of repairs.
- Oversees building and physical plant repair issues.
- Maintains porter schedule to maximize cleaning effectiveness.
- Adheres to safety programs.
