Production Supervisor

Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are searching for a highly skilled Production Supervisor for our facility in New Brunswick, NJ.

This location is open 7 days a week. Schedule is Sunday - Thursday (off Friday & Saturday). Start time is 6:00 AM and work continues until all tasks are completed, generally around 4:45 PM.

The salary for this position is $62,000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job‑related factors.

• Oversee daily production requirements in a fast‑paced environment
• Manage, train, coach, and discipline a team of up to 25 people
• Update reports based on daily productivity of the department
• Train new employees on plant equipment and safety policies
• Approve weekly department payroll

• Strong bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SCHEDULED WEEKENDS
