PD Dispatch Supervisor

Department: MH Central Communication
Compensation$27.70 - $32.34 per hour
ShiftDay (Per Diem)
Responsibilities- Provide oversight and support to dispatchers who answer 9-1-1 and other calls and screen them using the IAED ProQA system.
- Dispatch appropriate resources based on screening outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with dispatch protocols and situational awareness.
- 3-5 years of medical dispatch experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
- Basic Telecommunicator proficiency.
- Proficiency in IAED ProQA system screening and dispatching.
