In our Somerset, NJ office, you will work heavily within Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, partnering with a collaborative team to resolve issues efficiently and strengthen client environments. We are looking for someone methodical, sharp, and motivated to grow into more advanced cloud and security responsibilities over time.

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Assisting with email recovery and user level support
• Collaborating with the team to resolve issues efficiently
• Applying strong networking fundamentals

• 2 to 4 years of IT support experience in a Windows environment
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Dell hardware
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Networking fundamentals required
