SAP EWM Architect
About the role
As an SAP EWM Architect, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, high‑quality SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions tailored to client business needs. You will be a valued member of the supply chain delivery team and collaborate closely with client stakeholders, functional teams, and technical partners to ensure seamless implementation and optimization of EWM processes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead requirement‑gathering and solution‑design discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Architect and configure SAP EWM to meet operational and compliance needs.
- Provide expert‑level troubleshooting and production support to ensure system stability.
- Guide testing cycles, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Oversee documentation of configurations, integrations, process flows, and training materials.

What you need to have to be considered- Strong experience designing and configuring end‑to‑end EWM solutions.
- Solid understanding of SAP EWM integrations with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
- Experience in test planning, execution, and supporting UAT cycles.
- 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Ability to collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Experience working in Life Sciences or other regulated environments.
- Prior experience supporting EWM at manufacturing plants.
- Strong documentation skills for configurations, processes, and training assets.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and solution‑walkthrough sessions.
- Exposure to broader SAP Supply Chain modules or S/4
HANA environments.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 – $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program.
