• Architecture & Design: Lead the design and deployment of hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating Azure cloud and on‑prem systems. Develop infrastructure governance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Operations & Management: Oversee daily infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
• Data Centers Management: Manage Azure services (VMs, networking, storage, Active Directory) and on‑prem resources. Manage Cloud engineering and Dev Ops practices.
• Automation & Optimization: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, and Power Shell. Drive cost optimization and resource utilization across environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Dev Ops, Security, and Application teams to optimize deployments. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Use tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and on‑prem monitoring solutions for proactive incident management.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to regulatory and security requirements across cloud and on‑prem platforms.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security stack).
• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience with on‑prem Dell EMC hosts, VMware, Unity storage, and barcode FC switches.
• Proficiency in automation scripting (Power Shell, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with networking (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, Vnet).
• Experience with disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Experience with hybrid cloud integrations and migration strategies.
• Certifications:
  
  Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.

Travel: This is an onsite hybrid role.

Degree: Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience.
