Duration
: 6+ Months of Contract with Possible extension
- Minimum 12+ overall experience and 10+ years of experience working on Service now and 2+ working as an Architect
- Platform Management:
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Service Now platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Custom Application Development:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the Service Now platform. - Integration:
Manage and implement integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Service Now modules, including ITSM, CSM
- Experience with Service Now integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Certifications:
Service Now Certified System Administrator, Service Now Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications. - Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
