Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Solution Architecture:
    Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Service Now solutions, including HRSD, Legal, S2P modules, and other Service Now applications.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define the architectural vision and roadmap for Service Now implementations.
  • Customization & Configuration:
    Oversee the customization and configuration of Service Now modules, ensuring best practices and scalability.
  • Integration Design:
    Architect integrations between Service Now and third-party systems (such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs), ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Leadership & Mentorship:
    Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices and consistent, high-quality coding standards.
  • Platform Optimization:
    Identify opportunities to optimize Service Now environments for performance, usability, and cost-efficiency, including reviewing data models, integrations, and workflows.
  • Governance & Security:
    Establish governance processes to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of Service Now environments, including the proper management of data, access control, and system configurations.
  • Client Engagement:
    Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and recommendations to clients on Service Now architecture, process automation, and platform capabilities.
  • Documentation:
    Produce comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and implementation guides.
  • Upgrades & Enhancements:
    Lead efforts for system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements, ensuring minimal impact on operations and aligning with new Service Now releases and features.
Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of Service Now HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), Source to Pay modules, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Experience with Service Now modules HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), Source to Pay modules.
  • Design HRSD, LSD, S2P solutions that align with business goals and scalability requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide architectural blueprints for implementation.
  • Help HRSD, LSD, S2P projects through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities.
  • Knowledge of integrations between Service Now HRSD and other enterprise HR systems.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Experience in examining and re-engineering business processes.
  • Customer-focused approach to work, with ability to interpret and address complex requirements.
  • Experience with scripting, business rules, UI policies, and other Service Now customization features.
  • Experience with Service Now integrations with third-party systems.
  • Experience with ITIL principles and best practices.
