OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on data and analytics leader to drive actionable insights across Operations. This role blends strategic leadership with direct execution—leading a team of analysts while personally delivering high-impact analytics, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-driven solutions that improve performance and decision-making.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop an Insights Analyst team through hands-on mentorship and project involvement
- Drive execution of the enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned to operational priorities
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, benchmarking tools, and predictive models
- Partner closely with Operations to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Champion AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline workflows and drive innovation
- Oversee data quality, governance, and consistency across analytics initiatives
- Evaluate and implement modern analytics and AI platforms
- Manage analytics initiatives end-to-end, including timelines, resources, and outcomes
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders
- Proven experience in data analytics leadership, data strategy, or AI-enabled solutions
- Strong background in business intelligence, data science, and analytics delivery
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
- Hands-on expertise with dashboards, visualization tools, and analytical platforms (SQL, ETL, APIs a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business impact
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
