Role OverviewWe are onboarding motivated individuals into a structured Data Science Professional Development Track designed to build strong analytical, technical, and project execution capabilities aligned with real-world industry needs. This role combines guided project work, mentorship, and performance-based progression into client-facing or internal data science assignments.
Key Responsibilities- Work on structured, real-world data science projects under senior mentorship
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Develop and validate machine learning models
- Build dashboards and data visualizations for business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Document methodologies, findings, and project outcomes
- Participate in technical reviews and performance evaluations
- Strong foundation in Python (Pandas, Num Py, Scikit-learn)
- Understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering)
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI / Matplotlib)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Exposure to Deep Learning frameworks (Tensor Flow / PyTorch) is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
