- Deep knowledge of digital domains/products/journeys
- Can quickly learn industry trends / domains and end user demands from pain points
- Stays up to date with current trends, best practices and new technologies Experience using analytics techniques for feature prioritization
- Experienced in facilitating product team ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.), removing blockers
- Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience
- Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology
- Creates a culture that relentlessly focuses on helping the people and organizations we touch
- Equipped with foundational knowledge and methods to identify, engage, and build empathy with their customers, and apply these methods to their daily work
- Demonstrates focus on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast mindset, and measurable outcomes*
- Demonstrates ability to challenge the status quo and continuously innovate through experimentation (test & learn) *
- Demonstrated success in working in cross-functional self-organized teams Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
