Overview

Responsibilities- Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, and networks.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance business operations.
- Monitor IT systems performance and address any issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate relevant advancements into the company s IT strategy.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in project management and IT budgeting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay updated with technological advancements and trends.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CompTIA.
