Project Manager - Consolidations Program

Overview

We are seeking a project manager to support a senior program manager within the Consolidations program. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement across a matrixed environment. The project manager will collaborate with stakeholders across finance solution & technology (FS&T) and Pharmaceutical technology to ensure cross-program planning, interdependency management, risk and issue mitigation, and execution.

This role is critical in maintaining project schedules, supporting PMO process improvements, and ensuring the effective delivery of business outcomes in the A2R space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project schedules, workplans, and milestones, ensuring alignment with FDTO PMO playbook guidelines.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across multiple projects, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Drive status reporting, ensuring clear, concise, and accurate updates in line with weekly PMO reporting cadence.
• Support RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) management, identifying critical dependencies and ensuring visibility in Planview.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and external stakeholders to drive project success.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations to improve project efficiency, governance, and execution.
• Present project updates across various stakeholder forums, ensuring key activities and deliverables are clearly communicated.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance, governance, and best practices in global finance transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information management, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience managing enterprise-wide finance or IT projects, preferably within mergers, acquisitions, or global finance transformation.
• Proficiency in project planning, tracking, and RAID log management.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Planview or other program/portfolio management tools.
• Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
