Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst – IM R&D Reporting & Analytics to join our Global IM R&D Digital Reporting & Analytics team. This role is based in Titusville, NJ with alternative J&J locations including New Brunswick, NJ;
Raritan, NJ;
Spring House, PA; or Beerse, Belgium. This role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, Global IM R&D Digital Reporting & Analytics, this role will drive standardization, automation, and enhancements of IM R&D dashboards and analytics. The role collaborates with Finance, IT, and Clinical Functions to drive adoption and utilization of financial reporting visualizations. It delivers value by pursuing continuous improvements in data accuracy and digital reporting capabilities to support decision making and enable efficiency in processes, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively to design and develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations to enhance reporting capabilities
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Global Development, and other teams to enhance technology, reporting, and analytical capabilities of the organization
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior finance leadership on reporting solutions
  • Identify technology improvements and lead teams to follow through on implementation of these improvements, including creation and updating procedures and training
  • Assist in initiatives to improve data integrity, governance, and operational efficiency
  • Support planning efforts through the coordination and execution of the relevant system procedures
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for reporting solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields is required
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or related business is required
  • Proficiency in Tableau, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI and/or Alteryx is required
  • Prior experience with a cross-functional, global team is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel is required
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication and leadership skills are required
  • Ability to adopt new technologies and think innovatively about analytics
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, work independently, and prioritize with urgency
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and work through ambiguity with a proactive approach
  • Preferred location in Titusville, NJ with alternatives in New Brunswick, NJ;
    Raritan, NJ;
