Checklist for hiring:

• Should have worked in production support projects for 1-2 years/Project
• Should have good knowledge on teradata performance optimization & tuning
• Should have knowledge on ticketing tool
• Hadoop, Hive working knowledge will be good
• Manage complex data loading operations
• Should have knowledge on ITIL process

Job Description :

• Should have 5-7 yrs of experience in Teradata & Hadoop technology & having ETL experience would be good
• Should have good data modelling knowledge
• Expertise and hand-on experience with the Hive and/or Spark
  
  SQL is a must.
• Hands-on experience with the Hadoop Ecosystem with large scale data processing requirements.
• Proficient with Hive/Pig and workflow automation on Hadoop.
• Experience in developing distributed computing systems applications using Hadoop, MapR, Hbase, Hive, Java/Map Reduce, Data synapse, Pig, Storm,Kafka,Flume,Sqoop, Cloudera & Hortonworks
• Strong experience into Map Reduce and HDFS
• Should have strong Pl/SQL experience in teradata & able to handle complex queries
• Should be able to handle complex data loading process using teradata utilities
• Should be good in Teradata performance tuning
