The Company develops, manufactures, and markets in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) tests.
Responsibilities- Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access
- Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Train other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Gain feedback from customers to improve training methods
- Write and edit training manuals
- Run reports and analyze common complaints and problems
- Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
- Manage company groupware system
- An associate degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 3+ years in related experiences required
- Bilingual (English and Korean)
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-work skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An openness to learning new technologies
