The Department of Human Resource Management at Rutgers University seeks lecturers who can teach a range of courses (e.g., Compensation, Finance for HR Managers, HR Analytics) in undergraduate and graduate programs. Instructors will present course materials during assigned times, hold office hours, administer exams, assign grades, and coordinate other instructional requirements. Minimum Education and Experience
- PhD or Master’s degree focusing on HRM (area could include Business, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, other management degree) or equivalent knowledge gained through extensive related HR management experience.
- Evidence of teaching excellence at the undergraduate, graduate, or executive levels.
- Applicants with experience in online course development and teaching will receive preference.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Preference for those with evidence of teaching excellence at the undergraduate, graduate or executive levels.

- Flexibility to teach both daytime and evening classes will receive preference.
