Position Overview
A leading medical center in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking an experienced Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support daytime imaging services. This role requires strong clinical competency, comfort with multiple camera systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Ideal for a tech who is confident with EPIC charting and experienced with GE and Philips nuclear medicine cameras.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine experience
- Active NMTCB
- ARRT (R)(CT) or CNMT
- Current BLS
- Experience with EPIC
- Proficiency with GE and Philips NM cameras
- Strong communication, patient‑care, and workflow‑management skills

Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality nuclear medicine procedures, including SPECT and SPECT/CT
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately
- Operate GE and Philips NM cameras with precision
- Ensure proper imaging acquisition, documentation, and patient monitoring
- Maintain compliance with radiation‑safety standards and facility protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff
- Support a busy daytime workflow with either 4×10 or 5×8 scheduling
