Polysomnographic Technologist Per Diem Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze and integrate patient information in order to identify and meet the patient-specific needs and to determine final testing parameters/procedures in conjunction with the ordering physician or clinical director and laboratory protocols.
  • Polysomnographic Procedures
  • Test Preparation Procedures
  • Polysomnographic Record Scoring
Qualifications
  • Professional Certification by Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) as Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or equivalent.
  • BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association.
  • Successful completion of a one-year polysomnography program, associated with a State licensed and/or nationally accredited educational facility; or minimum of six-months experience as Polysomnographic Technician with documented proficiencies.
  • Demonstrate effective written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to follow direction.
Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: 37.00 - 37.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
