As a Property Tax Senior you will apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas, devising strategic outcomes to complex issues while building a competent technical base and advancing through mentorship and training programs.

• Support client engagements by participating in day‑to‑day interactions, delivering quality work products and meeting deadlines.
• Continuously deepen technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact our clients.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of commercial real and personal property tax concepts and apply tax knowledge to client situations.
• Develop and deliver quality tax advice with timely and responsive services that exceed client expectations.
• Identify and offer opportunities for additional services.
• Prepare practical approaches to client tax situations and arrive at appropriate conclusions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent business/industry experience.
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• MBA or JD degrees.
• CPA or CMI designations.
• Experience in a professional services environment.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for the US of $81,700 – $135,000 (regional adjustments apply) and medical, dental, pension and 401(k) plans.
