• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in industrial controls or factory automation.
• Proven experience with servo design and advanced motion control system troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Rockwell Control Logix PLC programming.
• Hands‑on experience with PLC‑based hardware design.
• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours to ensure seamless operations during modifications.
• Commissioning and programming expertise.
• Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to work in a matrix structure.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
