Summary:
The Department of Labor and Employment Relations at Rutgers University seeks to hire part-time lecturers who can teach a range of courses (e.g., Intro to Labor Studies;
Occupational Safety and Health; Labor Law; History of Labor and Work in the U.S. ; Organizational Behavior) in undergraduate and graduate programs. Rutgers University is a leading research university with a culturally diverse student population. Courses may be offered online, in person in New Brunswick, and at select off‑campus partnerships with Brookdale, Mercer, and Raritan Valley Community Colleges.

Position and CompensationSalary Details: A minimum of $2777 per credit

Minimum
Education and Experience:
1. PhD, Law Degree, or Master’s degree related to the program (e.g., Labor & Employment Relations, Sociology, History, Business).
2. Preference for evidence of teaching excellence at undergraduate, graduate, or adult education levels.
