MGSA - Department of Dance - Coadjutant - Casual Non Teaching Academic Support Positions
The Department of Dance, Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University invites applications for part‑time casual academic support positions for Fall 2025. Positions include production staff for dance performances, guest artists, and accompanists for applied lessons.
Salary:
Minimum $250 for the contract period, depending on position and term.

Qualifications
Minimum
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in fine arts or another relevant discipline plus one year of performance or technical experience. A graduate degree is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong pedagogical, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with live performance production, knowledge of dance pedagogy, and ability to work flexible hours.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel to rehearsal or performance venues.
