Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Player Development Assistant for the Academic Support Services department. Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Supervises study hall for football student athletes.
- Checks attendance of students in their classes.
- Assigns to individual football student athletes, responsible for mentoring these students in their academic endeavors.

Nonexempt
Salary: $29.87 hourly
Work Arrangement:
Fully on-site
Working Hours:
19 hours per week

Minimum
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, along with two (2) years of relevant experience.
Certifications/Licenses:
Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle or other dependable means of transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Coaching and/or playing at collegiate or high school level.
