Job SummaryRutgers University seeks a Lecturer to teach Master’s and Doctoral level courses in personnel and organizational psychology and applied behavior analysis. The position includes developing or refining course syllabi, delivering lectures, facilitating class discussions, and evaluating students according to program expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine course syllabi and learning objectives.
- Deliver high‑quality lectures and lead class discussions.
- Incorporate multimodal instructional practices (e.g., whole‑class lecture, small groups, videos, role playing).
- Assess student performance against course expectations and program competencies.
- Doctoral level training in psychology or equivalent, with mastery of content areas needed for instruction.
- Master’s level training with extensive professional experience considered.
- Teaching experience in the Department of Applied Psychology (required).
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Zoom, and Canvas.
