Responsibilities

The Department of Anthropology at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is currently looking to fill several Non-Teaching Coadjutant positions. These positions are needed to assist several faculty members with non‑teaching administrative support duties as needed.

Typical duties include:

  • Provide general administrative support to faculty and department staff.
  • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office files and records.
  • Help coordinate departmental meetings and events.

  • Minimum

    Education and Experience:

    Demonstrated familiarity with academic administrative duties.
