Saint Peter’s Healthcare System is seeking a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician to join our team at The Children’s Hospital, a regional tertiary center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This role will work alongside specialists such as child psychologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians.

• Manage patients ranging from birth through 18 years with a broad spectrum of syndromes, select mutations, learning disabilities, and conditions.
• Conduct approximately 3 new patient encounters and 5 follow‑up encounters daily.
• Participate in a rich teaching environment, including academic involvement with pediatric residents and students from Rutgers and the University of New Jersey.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive developmental and behavioral assessment, intervention, and coordination of care.

• Fellowship trained in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.
• MD or DO licensed in New Jersey or eligible for licensure.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Full‑time compensation ranges from $175,000 to $750,000, influenced by specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and performance metrics.
