Responsibilities- Lead the pathology laboratory at Trinitas Regional Medical Center, overseeing all aspects of laboratory operations.
- Provide leadership for staff; plan, organize, and direct laboratory activities with management, supervisors, and senior technologists.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant; collaborate closely with physicians and other health care providers.
- Provide clinical direction to the laboratory, including laboratory oversight, test validation, and maintenance of College of American Pathologists accreditation.
- Ensure CAP accreditation is maintained; experience in a CAP-accredited laboratory is desirable.
- Consult with clinical staff and participate in tumor boards as a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team.
- Deliver general pathology services within a community hospital setting; subspecialty expertise in cytopathology is desirable.
- MD, DO, or MBBS required; board certification or board eligibility in AP/CP.
- Academic rank and compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $350,000 to $450,000 per year. Compensation will depend on the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
