This unique role promotes mentorship and career growth potential by offering the opportunity to work as partners with other Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery faculty of the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must be BE/BC by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
- NJ licensed or eligible for licensure
- Seeking fellowship trained pediatric otolaryngologists
We offer extremely competitive compensation plus robust benefits package including:

- Eligible for Federal Loan Repayment programs
- Current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the resident-fellowship stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of training

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $280,000 to $635,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidates educational background, skills, and professional experience.
