Multimedia and Video Manager

Overview

The Multimedia and Video Manager, reporting to the Division Head of Content Development, plays a pivotal role in the Middlesex County Marketing Office. This position is responsible for overseeing the creation, production, and distribution of all video content, ensuring that every project aligns with the County’s marketing strategy, brand standards, and communication goals across all media channels. The Multimedia and Video Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, engaging, and innovative video content that effectively promotes County initiatives, services, and events.

• Lead the creation, production, and management of all video content, including marketing campaigns, social media reels (Tik Tok/Instagram), and digital storytelling initiatives.
• Review and approve all video and multimedia materials to ensure alignment with established brand guidelines and standards.
• Act in support of the official Middlesex County NJ and affiliated social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, X/Twitter, and sub-accounts including Plays-in-the-Park, East Jersey Old Town Village, REPLENISH, and Middlesex County Culture.
• Plan, design, and deliver original multimedia content including video and photography tailored to multiple audiences and platforms.
• Direct and support videography production and photography for marketing and community outreach campaigns
