Role Summary

Senior Manager Procurement NA Transportation is responsible for managing approximately $125 million or less in spend for Johnson & Johnson Companies. The role leads global and regional category strategies for Logistics Services and Ground logistics, collaborates with business stakeholders, and delivers against targets for financial performance, quality, service, and compliance. The position requires building strong supplier relationships, driving value improvements, and leading cross-functional initiatives to align with corporate objectives.

• Develop and drive the Procurement vision for Logistics Services and Ground logistics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement category strategies addressing the requirements of Logistics Services and Ground logistics, leveraging regional business needs and global opportunities.
• Interface with CEOs and supplier leadership to ensure alignment of objectives, including quality, reliability, innovation, and cost.
• Identify business demand requirements and partner with Business Engagement Leads to deliver annual value improvements and competitive advantage.
• Engage in strategic planning with business partners to ensure long-range alignment.
• Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments.
• Build and maintain cross-organization relationships to foster dialogue on approaches and solutions.
• Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers, including data review, performance management, and end-to-end value improvement, bringing innovation to the business.
• Identify, develop, and direct the implementation of Procurements goals and category strategies based on subject matter expertise and market dynamics.
• Escalate issues that may impact Global Procurement.
