Job Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Rutgers Gardens Day Camp Counselor for the 4‑H Camp at Rutgers Gardens program on a five‑week contract (one week of training plus four weeks of program). The position is based at 130 Log Cabin Rd, New Brunswick, NJ, and requires a fully on‑site work arrangement.
Responsibilities- Leads and provides instruction to youth in the program on various activities.
- High School diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
FLSA: Non‑exempt.
Salary: $15.92 – $20.00 per hour. Final offer may vary based on qualifications, experience and funding.
